Elke alignment-sessie is een diepgaande activatie van 90 minuten. We starten met een intake en bodyreading om te lokaliseren waar spanningspatronen de natuurlijke stroom blokkeren. Deze worden in de juiste laag aangeraakt in het fascia. (nieuwe vorm van Myofascial release)

Wat is een MER Sessie?
