Cancellation policies for single session:

We understand that plans can change. However, we require advance notice for cancellations to avoid fees.

How to Cancel
You can cancel or reschedule appointments through the links in the post-booking/confirmation email from info@leefpijnvrij.nl, or via your account on our website or mobile app.

Our cancellation policies are as follows:

Reschedule
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance minimum of your scheduled start time.
Same-Day Cancellation Policy
Any appointments canceled on the same day as the scheduled service will be considered a “missed appointment” and you will be charged the full cost of the reserved service. Apart from medical emergencies (proven with a medical certificate).

24 Hour Cancellation Policy
As a reminder, you will be sent an email 24 hours before your session. Apart from medical emergencies (proven with a medical certificate), if you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit payment will be forfeited.

1 week Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your appointment online and we will refund you 50% of your deposit by bank transfer. Thank you for sending us your bank details by email.
Except for medical emergencies (proven by a medical certificate), when we’ll refund your deposit minus a 10% admin and processing fee.

1 month Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your appointment(s) online and we will refund fully. Thank you for sending us your bank details by email.

No-Show Policy
A “no-show” is someone who misses an appointment without canceling. No-shows will be charged the full cost of the reserved service.

We recommend providing as much advance notice as possible so that your appointment time can be made available to other clients.

We reserve the right to refuse future appointments for excessive cancellations or no-shows.
