In this module, you will master a comprehensive methodology to address persistent upper body conditions that are resistant to conventional bodywork techniques. You will learn how to treat complex issues related to the face, cranium, neck, breath, and arms.

Techniques and Treatment Plans

• Spatial Medicine: Understand the spatial relationships of the torso segments and their implications for treatment.
• Fascial Network Treatment: Address the fascial network involved in breathing structures for comprehensive care.
• Soft Listening Techniques: Learn four advanced techniques for releasing breath to manage shock and trauma in the breathing structures.
• Comprehensive Care for Upper Body Pain: Develop treatment plans for ailments affecting the neck, elbows, shoulders, wrists, and hands, including TMJ and headaches.

Deep Bodywork and Psychological Insights

• Functional Anatomy Mastery: Explore the myofascial system’s role in breath, arms, face, and cranium, including visceral connections such as the liver, lungs, and stomach.
• Psychology of Upper Body Conditions: Delve into the psychological aspects and learn how to catalyze the body’s natural trauma-releasing abilities through targeted breath-work.

Skill Development and Integration

• • Rotator Cuff Focus: Review the anatomy of the rotator cuff, learning specific palpation techniques to identify and treat issues in this area effectively.
  • Diaphragm and Ribcage Release: Apply powerful methods to release the diaphragm, sternum, and ribcage, enhancing clients’ ability to breathe deeply and effortlessly.
